About Us
Richard Jordan - CEO
CRE Thought Leader, Workplace Strategy Expert, Business Processional
“We have all these systems, and none of them talk to each other” If you identify with that statement, then we need to talk. I’ve spent my career immersed in organizations that had multiple tactical systems and tools, but no way to get the data together in a meaningful way. As an end user in CRE having to work with data snapshots from multiple systems that were incomplete, inaccurate, taken at different times, and full of terminology mismatches, I understand why executives take “educated guesses”. As a technology consultant I worked to ease that pain by, ironically, causing a different pain via ERP or IWMS implementations. But the dream was always the same- get data that is accurate, repeatable, and believable. The last two years we have been working on developing an agile, pre-fab, intelligent, data lake in the cloud. So, if you are a CRE professional who wants to get a complete picture of your portfolio, or a marketer who wants to build a 360-degree view of your customer, or an executive who just wants to understand patterns and trends in your business, then we should talk. Get in touch.
I have been developing, implementing, and managing CRE business solutions including process improvement, technology optimization, operational efficiency and workplace strategy since the early 1990s. I have been a frequent guest speaker on technology, AWS, and social media for CoreNet Global and RealComm, and I have written numerous articles for publications in the facilities management industry and have been a contributor to CoreNet Global THE LEADER Magazine.
Dale Anderson - CTO
Inventor, Developer, Database Expert, Data Vault Certified Practitioner
As a seasoned professional, my background and skill set offers a unique blend of technology and business acumen. I have been directly and intimately involved in Database Systems Architecture, Custom Enterprise Applications, System/Packaged Software, Programming, Tools, Software Quality Assurance, and many Computer Technologies. My extensive experience in Systems Architecture, Application Solutions Design, Program Development, Quality Assurance, Systems Security, Project Management, Client/Server, the Internet, and Mobile devices, plus a wide range of IT infrastructure and operations has supported me well as an independent consultant and business entrepreneur where my knowledge base broadened to include business, marketing, and sales plans, multiple industry and business operations, executive presentations, and VC fund raising.
My background also includes extensive experience and development of process methodologies for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Database Development Life Cycle (DDLC). Based upon Agile/Scrum methodologies and Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model (CMM), I have been directly involved in the creation of a software workflow process called JEP, for Just Enough Process. JEP represents a model that defines the best practices and organizational instructions for a Software Engineering/IT environment. JEP involves stated requirements, objectives, milestones, and deliverables which roll up into a dynamic, task oriented project schedule. Focused upon getting results, this process is managed by clearly defined communication channels and an iterative process cycle that define measurable gateways between milestones. This methodology provides a comprehensive solution to measure converging or diverging projects.
Roger Sanford - CMO
Influencer, Director, Consultant, Global Brand/Marketing Expert
As a multi-decade Silicon Valley Veteran and long-time entrepreneur, I developed a formula for “geometrically growing companies” known as “Geogrowth”. Inculcating vision into process is a part of that functionality. The incredible and dynamic opportunities for IDC will make use of my experience. discussion lively and hopefully, fun!
Concurrently, I am also the founder & CEO @ Primary Care 2 You, and Director of Communications @ Startup Sandbox, a biotech accelerator. I'm also the founder and strategist to the HealthGrid Alliance, Cool California, and more.
I am a serial entrepreneur, proudly exiting my bootstrapped start-up P3M in 1999 at a Deloitte valuation of $100 Million. P3M was a digital marketing company I started without Venture Capital, just my American Express Card. In addition to being one of the first “Digital Agencies” our annual growth averaged 1,000% per year.
My background as a Graduate School Professor (Santa Clara University, Leavy School of Business), Strategic Consultant, Investor, Influencer, Producer/Director, Workshop facilitator, and public speaker on Ethical Matters all come to bear here at IDC. Based in Silicon Valley, California, it has been my pleasure to rub shoulders and get advice from some of the area giants who literally changed our world. My interests range from marathons, sailing to volunteering.
